Proposed Design and Detailed Requirements
The compliance deep report now shows what the site can actually fit on top of the legal caps.
- NewStep 5 now shows a Proposed Design: suggested dwelling, GFA (allowed vs proposed), parking, ground and first floor areas, and the reason the design stopped at that size
- NewProposed Design is available for single houses, dual occupancies, manor houses, and terraces; secondary dwellings show their proposed floor area only
- NewEach block is shown as 'indicative estimate only' so users know to verify with a designer or certifier before acting on it
- Step 4 now lists the required private open space for the chosen dwelling type, with the clause it comes from
- Step 4 splits the required landscaped area into the forward strip (between the street and the house) and the area behind it, so the total matches the rules on screen
- Lot depth now flows from the cadastral long edge or the user's left and right boundary measurements, so the proposed footprint better reflects the true lot shape on rotated or irregular blocks
- Quick chat summaries now mention the proposed GFA and whether the design was capped by the legal limit or the building envelope
Smarter Site Detection
Site details are now detected automatically so the confirm screen comes pre-filled for typical lots.
- NewSite confirm page now pre-fills lot type, classified road, rear lane, parallel road, and public reserve from map data
- Detected fields show a small badge with the source note so it is clear why each value was suggested
Battleaxe & Corner Lot Compliance
Special handling for battleaxe-shaped lots and clearer road-frontage classification on corner sites.
- NewBattleaxe-shaped lots now run through dedicated Secondary Dwelling compliance checks
- Corner lots now show separate primary and secondary road-frontage classifications
